Vintage Note 

This is a short note to explain what we claim as vintage yarn and patterns.  Our yarn and patterns are from 7 to 15 or more years old.  The yarn has been stored in sealed zip lock bags  inside sealed plastic containers.  The quality of the yarn is as good as the day that it was purchased.  Most of the yarn was purchased with a pattern and has been stored with it.  We hope you will enjoy these treasures.

Disclosing Defects

We will disclose any abnormalities or defects that is not consistent with what should be expected as new or like new knitting items such as yarn, needles, knitting counters, knitting bags, or other knitting related materials or supplies.  The one exception may be a printed or copied pattern which has been rumpled or folded to be inserted into the knitting container.  We try to describe the items to the best of our ability but, we are not infallible knitting gurus.

We will always disclose any breaks, discolorations, dents, and any and all abnormalities that will affect the usage or value of the items.  This is done to the best of our ability, however, there is always the chance that we may overlook something.  If this happens, please contact us.  We will always do what we can to make sure that the customer satisfied.  We are a customer oriented organization.  Thanks,   Tom

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping will be by USPS Priority mail. Our flat rate shipping prices are designed to give you the best rate for the weight, bulk, and security of the product.  A small surcharge will be added for Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. territories.

We will be happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases in order to provide you with the most economical shipping.

If you would like some type of express service, please contact us right after you have won the bid and we will be happy to accommodate you.

We will do everything that we can to provide you with the least expensive shipping alternatives given weight, bulk, and security. In addition to USPS, we have access to UPS and will examine this alternative for the right situation.

International Shipping

International Shipping will, in most cases, be by USPS First Class Mail International up to 64 ounces and package size limitations. Any package over 64 ounces will go by Priority Mail International given the weight and package size limitations associated with it.

We will be happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases in order to provide you with the most economical shipping available. The same restrictions apply to combined shipping as to shipping a single item. Because of the bulk associated with our product, there will be a maximum of three purchases that we will be able to combine at one time. This is in order to stay within the package size limitations of  Priority Mail International. Please keep in mind that there are exceptions to any rule. If we can combine more than three orders within the restrictions placed on us, we will.  We will do everything that we can to provide you with the most economical shipping available.
